looking for a UX\/UI Designer who will be part of a team that will build a revolutionary product for the Insurance industry!<\/p>\n<p>As a UX\/UI Designer, reporting to the Director of Product, you will be playing a pivotal role in designing the user experience for our product.<\/p>\n<p>In a typical work week, you would:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain the design system with standardized UI components for platform use<\/li>\n<li>Build high-fidelity prototypes aligned with the design system and present them to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Participate in discovery sessions to understand business and user needs<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with product and development teams to drive and develop the design strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years experience in solving design challenges for digital products (web based and\/or mobile applications)<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and maintaining design systems, product prototypes and other assets using industry standard tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working collaboratively with other designers and within dedicated product
