Émilie joined the Lareau team in 2011 and is now our Human Resources VP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and is a certified member of the CRHA. Her human-relations approach means that she is always very sensitive to the needs of our team’s members. Moreover, Émilie is also certified in damage insurance for personal lines. Passionate, she remains deeply committed in motivating our team and in encouraging performance.
