Since he entered the enterprise in 2002, Matthieu has assumed many positions at Lareau before becoming our Commercial-Lines Director and Associate Partner. He keeps distinguishing himself by his proactive approach and his ability to motivate and ensure his team’s performance. A hard-working employee who is also diligent and possesses strong organizational skills, Matthieu continues to work as a damage insurance broker and is always concerned with ensuring the quality of the customer experience.
