She joined Lareau in 2023 as a Technical Trainer for the Business Services department and a Specialist in Training and Content Development. She now serves as Commercial-Lines Training Director. Passionate about content creation, Jessica thrives in her role, where her expertise and experience significantly enhance her team, supporting them with excellence.
