No, it is temporarily impossible to meet with your broker in one of our branches. The progression of COVID-19 cases within the province requires us to take this extra step for your safety and that of our team. If you wish to speak with your broker, you can always reach him/her by phone.

Yes. With the goal of providing you with flexibility for the payment of your premium, we have made the following payment options available to you:

• One full payment
• Three payments within 60 days at no additional cost
• Monthly payments with administration fees

Four payment methods are accepted.

Pre-authorized payments in instalments of 3, 6, or 12 months: Send your broker a void cheque by email and make sure to state whether you wish to pay in instalments of 3, 6, or 12 months.

Internet: On your financial institution’s website or mobile app, add Lareau Courtiers d’Assurances Inc. as a payee in the section in which you can pay your bills. For the reference number, use your client code (e.g., ABCD123).

Cheque : Send us your cheque by mail or drop it off at one of our branches.

Interac E-transfer: Via your financial institution’s website or mobile app:

• Add [email protected] as the recipient.
• Enter your full name in the Message/Comment section.
• Enter “Code client” as a security issue.
• The answer to the latter must be your client code, as stated on your insurance contract (e.g. ABCD123).

Yes, your broker must be promptly notified of these changes. Whether you now offer a delivery service or produce disinfectant products, you must call your broker in order to adjust your coverage accordingly.
